Saving lives one dog at a time.
You are all smart consumers. You know where to get the freshest produce, the cheapest toilet paper and who is the best local bank….how do you tell if the dog or cat rescue you want to adopt from is a reputable rescue or a bad rescue? We will tell you!
Warning signs for a BAD rescue:
-will only take cash
-refuses to give you medical records for the dog
-will falsify vaccine and spay/neuter certifications
-insist on money before you meet the dog
-auction off dogs if more than one adopter is interested
-will not take their dogs back….put in the adoption agreement you have to rehome the dog if you can’t keep it
-won’t let you bring your dog to meet the new dog to make sure they get along.
