Even though it is a 40 minute drive, we are at Carp Vet Hospital several times a week with our personal dogs as well as the rescue dogs What can we say? They are the best vets in Santa Barbara County and their staff is second to none. Really!

We use Mueller Medical Center in Sacramento. Our cocker mix Oliver has compressed discs in his back and they did a wonderful job in helping us nurse him back to health without immediately jumping to surgery. We recently got our second cocker from the Sac County Shelter who had 2 infected ears and an abscess that had long been untreated and the staff at Mueller have been helpful in getting him back to tip top shape. The new facility is gorgeous.
