Who Are We?

Second Chance Cocker Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 California corporation. Our core mission is to reduce the number of unwanted pets in our area. We do this by rescuing and finding loving homes for Cocker Spaniels and small dogs in need and providing access to low-cost spay and neuter surgeries to our community.
